  • If you're using an extension cord, it must match the grounding type of the wall socket and the Icetub plug.

  • Inconsistent or missing grounding can lead to power trips or safety shutdowns.

  • Have a certified electrician confirm that the grounding setup meets local safety standards.

✅ Step 2: Inspect the Electrical Group

  • Determine if the Icetub is plugged into a circuit shared with other appliances.

  • A circuit that is overloaded can cause drops in power or disconnections.

  • If needed, move the Icetub to a dedicated electrical group or ask an electrician to create one for optimal and stable power flow.
