Remove and Prevent Rust Using E-NOX

🧾 Why E-NOX?

When surface rust appears on your Icetub, or if you simply want to protect your unit from corrosion in harsh environments, we often recommend and ship E-NOX products to help. These professional-grade cleaners are safe to use on stainless steel and are trusted by our team to restore your Icetub’s shine and protect it long-term.

This article explains why we use E-NOX, and how to apply each product effectively.

🧪 Removing Rust with E-NOX Cleaner

E-NOX Cleaner is a powerful solution that lifts surface rust, mineral buildup, and oxidation marks without using aggressive acids or solvents. It works well on stainless steel, copper, enamel, plastic, and other acid-resistant materials, and its gel-like consistency sticks to vertical surfaces without dripping.

To use it:

  • Begin with a dry surface

  • Apply a generous layer of the cleaner to affected areas

  • Rub the product in using a damp microfiber cloth, cotton pad, or soft sponge

  • Let it rest briefly, depending on the level of rust

  • Rinse thoroughly with water

  • Wipe the area dry with a clean cloth

The result is a clean, restored finish with no streaks or residue left behind.

🛡️ Protecting the Surface with E-NOX Care

Once rust is removed, or even before it starts, we recommend E-NOX Care, a high-purity protective oil. It forms a nearly invisible film that shields your metal from oxidation, moisture, and fingerprints. The surface feels smooth, repels contaminants, and stays cleaner longer.

To apply it:

  • Spray or dab a small amount onto the surface

  • Wipe evenly with a soft cloth

  • Lightly polish to remove excess and leave a clean protective sheen

This product is ideal for maintaining the appearance of stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals, and it can be used both indoors and outdoors.

🔐 Safety First

When applying either product, follow these simple safety recommendations:

  • Use gloves to protect your skin

  • Wear safety glasses when applying near the face

  • Ensure good ventilation if working in an enclosed space
