🛠️ Quick Tip – Try a Heater Reset

Sometimes the heater needs to be reset before anything else. Use a pen or similar object to press into the small opening on the front of the heater. This is the built-in reset button.

Please refer to your Heater’s Manual for exact instructions and reset location.

Find the product code on the heater’s label.

2. Description of the Issue

Let us know when the issue started and whether there are any warning signs—like strange sounds, unusual heat, or total failure.

Please include as much visual context as possible:

• Close-up of the heater issue

• Full view of the sauna and heater setup

• Electrical connections, if accessible

• Details on power supply: amperage and voltage
