If the screen on your Icetubs Engine goes dark, but the engine continues to pump and cool, the issue is likely a loose display cable inside the engine.

This is a simple and non-critical hardware issue. The cooling system is still functioning as it should — only the screen connection is affected.

If you choose this option:

Please send us the repair quote in advance for approval
The final invoice must be addressed to Icetubs in order to qualify for reimbursement

If the issue occurs after 3 months of use, it is not covered under the Icetubs warranty.
