🔧 What’s Included

Your shipment includes all necessary components to assemble the stairs. You’ll need a few basic tools on hand:

  • Wrench for M6 and M8 bolts/nuts

  • L-shaped hex key for M8 bolts

Each kit includes step platforms, handrails, bolts, washers, and nuts as shown on page 1 of the assembly guide.

Step by Step Guide

Connect the Step Platforms

  • Position the first step in front of the cooling engine protector (this becomes the second step).

  • Align the bolt holes.

  • Insert M6 bolts with washers between the metal wall and nuts.

  • Tighten securely.
✔️ There should be no spacer parts between the two steps.

Attach the First Handrail

  • Align the handrail’s holes with the pre-drilled step platform holes.

  • Insert M8 bolts through the handrail.

  • Add a large M8 washer on the inside, and a standard washer and nut on the outside.

  • Do not fully tighten yet—allow for adjustment.

Install the Top Step

  • Place the third step on top and align it with the handrail.

  • Use 2 M8 bolts with the same washer/nut configuration as before.

  • Lightly tighten—final adjustment comes later.

Add the Second Handrail

  • Repeat the same bolt and washer installation on the opposite side.

  • Use 6 M8 bolts to secure all three steps to this handrail.

  • If holes don’t align perfectly, loosen bolts from the first side slightly to adjust.

  • Lightly tighten at this stage.

Final Tightening

  • Go back through all bolts and secure everything tightly using proper tools.

  • Test the handrails and steps for stability.

  • Make sure the top step stays level when used—if not, recheck bolt tightness.

Once all parts are snug and stable, your stairs are ready for use!
