Side Pannel Fitting Issue - How to fit the wooden side panels
What to Do When the Panel Feels Too Tight
It can happen that a side panel doesn’t slide easily over the stainless steel strip of your Icetub. This is normal. The fit is intentionally tight for a secure hold. A little bit of technique (and a little bit of force) will get it on just right.
1. Start at the Bottom
Begin by aligning the lowest part of the wooden panel with the stainless steel strip.
2. Apply Gradual Pressure
Once the bottom edge is in place, straighten the panel upward slowly to guide the remaining section over the strip.
3. Use Controlled Force
It may feel stiff. That’s expected. Apply firm but careful pressure to help the panel slide fully into position.
3. Widen the Gap (if needed)
If the fit remains too tight, use a blunt tool (like the handle of a screwdriver) to slightly widen the wooden groove. Be gentle, just a little extra room can make all the difference.
5. Complete the Fit
Once the panel is fully on, you’re all set. The tight fit helps the tub stay strong and insulated.
